I am a licensed educational psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I am also a credentialed school psychologist. The focus of my practice is limited to psychoeducational assessment. My aim is to assist individuals and families in identifying specific learning disabilities, academic difficulties related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, global cognitive impairments and others.
I specialize in bilingual assessment as I am a bilingual/bicultural native Spanish speaker. The purpose of these assessments is to determine if an individual's academic difficulties are due to linguistic/cultural factors and emerging English language proficiency or due to the presence of a specific learning disability. I am able to provide Spanish language assessment at needed. As well as provide assessment for individuals who may speak a language other than Spanish.
To ensure that each assessment is thoroughly examined, and all areas of suspected disability are carefully considered I work on one case per month. My goal is to provide honest and ethical assessments tailored to the needs of each client.
